International Christian Ministries was founded in Canada in 1989, and has expanded its work in East Africa. The organization provides resources for emerging leaders in Eastern Europe and Russia. The ministry coaching materials, called Ministry Coaching Network, accompany leaders as they start new ministries and plant churches. Initially, ICM Kenya was an excellent place for training the company's staff. Their flagship seminary is located in Kitale, Kenya. These African nationals have been instrumental in ICM Canada's ministry.
